The Xcel Energy Center has commissioned local fashion designer, Emma Berg, to create a custom, one-of-a-kind Minnesota (yeah, you betcha) themed fashion piece for Ms. Gaga that they plan on presenting to her when she arrives in town.

It is a jacket based off of the Lady Slipper. The collar, sleeves and front panel are a white ruched satin. The sleeves will contain shoulder pads to create height and be consistent with Lady Gaga's current looks.  The rounded collar will contain boning in order to keep the height.  The inside of the jacket will be lined with a yellow satin and the pink will be a densely gathered organza which will continue to the back of the jacket.  There will be hidden snaps under the right panel of the jacket for closure.
