I've been debating writing this e-mail for a month or so now because I didn't want to sound crazy. But something that was said today on your show convinced me to finally write, so...Here comes the crazy!
I'm pretty convinced that I should go on a date with Crisco. HEAR ME OUT! It seems like every time something is said about him, it resonates with me. I've been single for a ridiculously long time, just like him. I love video games. People consider me to be a bit nerdy.
His picks this morning for best songs of the 90's were AWESOME! I love Family Guy and was SO excited with Seth MacFarlane was on your show a few weeks ago!
Here's the deal - I feel like there are probably a LOT of girls who are attracted to Crisco right now but would never actually follow through with him in real life. Girls like underdogs. Crisco is a classic underdog - He's constantly being teased for being fat/dumb/whatever, he's struggling to lose weight, he's the show's "nice guy." Not to mention that going on a date with a radio DJ is I guess a bit of a claim to fame. That's NOT why I'm drawn to him. I honestly feel like we could click.
A little about me - I am 27 (just a few weeks younger than Crisco, actually), I have a college degree and a teaching license, I have a job in my field that I love, I have my own apartment, I have a car.
I'm not out to get attention or 15 minutes of fame on your show or anything. I'm intelligent, insanely sarcastic, and a bit introverted (which is why I find it so hard to find dates sometimes - I don't really do the bar scene or whatever). I'm not completely unfortunate looking. I'll attach a picture that was taken a few weeks ago - I'm definitely curvy, but I'm not insanely overweight and some people are nice enough to consider me pretty.
I'm messaging this to all of you because I want to leave this in your hands. You can forward it to Crisco, if you'd like. You can talk to me on or off the air if you'd like to. You can do some sort of crazy morning show bit about sending Crisco on a blind date if you want to go that route. If nothing else, I just thought I'd try to connect with Crisco in some way!
